Hailing from the Tri-State area, this robot was developed to confuse the agents of the O.W.C.A. by the evil geniuses of L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N. through its resemblance of Agent P. It has a vertically spinning weapon and may also run in vertically lifting/wedge configuration.
