Anti-Hackathon

Anti-Hackathon

Anti-Hackathon is an annual fun, family-friendly online-safety experience that helps kids, parents and everyday people spot online threats and outsmart them. It's online safety disguised as a really good time.
Created by Christopher Salgado - a former Facebook investigator and world-renown security and investigative expert - Anti-Hackathon provides you with the know-how before something goes wrong.
the Anti-Hackathon booth will offer games, challenges and prizes to test your scam-spotting instincts, such as mocked but real-life scenarios like fake texts, mystery accounts, strangers in games who seem a little too friendly, and messages built to make you click before you think. Kids will discover how easily something online can be misleading and parents can learn the warning signs before it's too late.
Since launching in Orlando in 2024, Anti-Hackathon has brought together families, investigators, law enforcement and national brands around one goal:
Fewer victims. Smarter families. Safer online experiences.
So don't just walk past. Stop to take the challenge and become a harder target for scammers. Bring a parent, bring a friend and bring your best detective instincts! Because the kids who stop by today are the ones who may spot the scam tomorrow.
LEARN. PLAY. OUTSMART THE SCAM.
