Artifacts & Instruments

The Civilizations Series is a set of wall shelves built around high-resolution museum artifact scans. A bronze Egyptian cat sits in a recess cut to the exact shape of her own uneven base; two Greek caryatids are used as real load-bearing columns. Each shelf speaks the architectural language of wherever its artifact came from — engraved backdrops, themed structure, one civilization per shelf. Egypt is built, Greece is on the printer, Gothic and Maya are next.
Alongside them: Fast · Cheap · Good, a plywood-and-acrylic dial that turns through three detented positions and makes the oldest tradeoff in making physical. Two priorities light up. The third gets frosted out. Come spin it and pick any two.
