Design It, Print It: CAD for Makers

Design It, Print It: CAD for Makers

Ever wanted to design your own parts instead of hunting for the right model online? Come watch it happen live.
All weekend I'll be designing in NekoCAD on a big screen: cases, holders, and other useful things. A Bambu printer next to me will print them as I go, so you can follow a part from first sketch to a finished print you can pick up.
NekoCAD is friendly 3D CAD built for makers. You sketch a shape, add dimensions, and extrude it into a solid part, using the same workflow the pros use but without the clutter. It's built for the work makers actually do: one-click handoff to your slicer, multi-color 3MF export, DXF and SVG for laser cutters and CNC, and print-ready threads and heat-set insert holes.
Sit down at our demo and try it yourself. No CAD experience needed. Bring your project ideas and questions about 3D printing, or just watch the printer work.

NekoCAD

NekoCAD is a small, independent software studio building 3D CAD for makers. We make the design tool we always wanted for our own 3D printing, laser cutting, and CNC projects. It's friendly enough for someone who has outgrown Tinkercad and capable enough for real mechanical parts. We think makers should own their tools, so NekoCAD comes with a perpetual license: buy it once and it's yours, with no subscription. Your designs are saved as files on your own computer, not locked in someone's cloud. We love talking shop with hobbyists, students, robotics teams, makerspaces, and small product sellers.
