Come meet the award-winning national champions! The Palm Beach 4-H TechGarage Solar Car Team will showcase their full-size solar car and electrathon racing vehicles. Team members will be on hand to share their experiences in designing, building, and competing in solar-powered racing, and to spark conversations about renewable energy, engineering, and the future of transportation. The team is gearing up for the 2025 Solar Car Challenge, an exciting “Tour of Texas” road race this summer.

Palm Beach County 4-H Association TechGarage is a student-driven engineering club specializing in creating advanced experimental vehicles and racing them in the Solar Car Challenge, Electrathon America, and other organizations. Through hands-on experience and collaboration via the TechGarage, students learn various soft and hard skills that enhance their engineering and collaboration skills. Palm Beach County 4-H Association TechGarage aims to spread alternative energy to a broader audience while delivering life-changing education to its members. While we specialize in racing, we intend to broaden our implementation of engineering to create more unique projects
